Theraputic coaching 

Using my coaching psychology background I use a ‘strengths’ framework, focussing on the specifics of what you do well.  This will increase your self-awareness, giving you greater choice about how you behave in relationships, both with yourself and with others. Together we will think about how to harness your particular aptitudes to help you reach your goals.  

Coaching can help you find clarity about what you want to do with your life and help you formulate your next steps.  At work it can increase your productivity, engagement, and creativity.

The work is serious: we may be exploring your anxieties, uncertainties or difficulties in relationships, or challenging the way you’ve always done things. But it is also interesting and fun.
